Located south of Helena between Rodney Ridge and Mount Ascension. A short loop over Rodney Ridge with access to other trails. It makes a good lunch-hour ramble with some sweet singletrack and a quick, paved return leg. There's a fair chance of seeing deer and other wildlife.

The trail discription is accurate. It's a good ride for beginner/moderate riders. It has a little bit of everything, and is not too strenous. Just enough to get a good sweat in if you want. The scenery of course is beutiful, of course, this is helena. But overall pretty good ride.
