This is a nice year around area. The land is private and owned by Barnhart Construction. They have trails marked and ask that everyone stay on the trails. This is a popular area for dog walkers, joggers and bikers. It is very close to town. It was open for horse riding but the last time I was up there the access gates were locked and I don't know why.. This is a very rare occurrence anymore, in Bozeman, that people will open their land for public use so please treat it with respect so we don't lose the privlege.
