Kennedy Park is a great place to do some easier mountain biking. Centrally located with various places to enter the park, there are great scenic vistas and places to eat or relax. I love heading up there when I don't have a lot of time to get a big ride in, but want the thrill of trucking it up a decent hill. It reminds me of what skiing in the summer on a bike would be like, because all the trails loop around together, meet up here and there, and provide for a really fun ride.
