I'm new to MTB. For me, the North Loop was great fun! Several washed out steep uphills on the West Trail made for a trying rather than fun ride.
An enjoyable trail, favorite is west loop, with challenges but not too long. You can fit the west loop into a hectic schedule, half hour to 3/4 hour, depending on your skill. Make sure to climb the Wall.
Did the East Loop last weekend. A few slightly muddy spots by lake. A great trail. Average speed was 5.5 mph. Comparable to Potawatomi. Has several log jumps, two of which are very advanced. I lost some car keys on the trail. If you find them please email me at email@example.com. Thanks.
