You’ll enjoy idyllic views from the Cedar Creek bridge in Cedarburg, a beautiful village with nineteenth-century character and interesting cafes and shops. Surface: Crushed stone on the northern segment, asphalt on the southern segment (eventually all sections will be asphalt).

I guess I should have paid more attention to the "Urban" in the Interurban Trail. Not what I was expecting for a Wisconson trail. The trail between Port Washington and Cedarburg was more streets than actual bike trail. Disappointing for the two and a half hour drive from the Chicago suburbs. I could have stayed home and biked on the Great Western Trail and experienced more of a rural atmosphere. The lake front in Port Washington was nice and the shopping in Cedarburg was o.k. but, that was about it.
