This ride's general location is south of the borough of Sandbridge, which is 5 miles south of the city of Virginia Beach. Scenery includes secluded Marsh ponds and coastal beach with an array of water birds. The 17 mile loop will guide you through Back Bay and False Capes pristine coastal paradise and features a seasonally changing display of avian wildlife that seems to have flown straight out of Noah's own collection. This ride includes beach riding along the Atlantic Ocean as well as on flat, sandy roads that traverse the interior of these two adjoining saltwater sanctuaries. Options such as camping at False Cape and sampling various side roads will appeal to those who want to spend more than a day exploring the park.

Great Park. Very quiet. saw some deer and lots of predator birds. there is a old church (built from a ship wreck) and cemetery that's a half a mile hike off of the bike path.
