This is one of the flattest rides in the Asheville area. However, you must remember that "flat" is a relative term in the mountains, where nothing is truly level for any sustained distance. Expect gently rolling hills through rural farm country. Along the way is a very pretty valley with many a scenic view. Points of interest: Taylor Ranch (Longhorn steers).
