Deep in the Allegheny Mountains of Western Virginia there is a quiet little place called Hidden Valley. This peaceful hollow is situated just west of Warm Springs, cradled within the green mountains of the George Washington National Forest. Warm Springs is renowned for the natural hot springs that well up form deep below the ground on which the town is built. As you drive through Warm Springs notice the large, white spring boxes (bathhouses) containing the relaxing and therapeutic mineral baths. Perhaps this is just the thing you'll need after an arduous mountain bike ride in the hills of the nearby mountains. Trail Surface: Jeep trails, singletrack, and dirt roads.
