If you are looking for a good, solid hill-climb near Canaan Valley, this is it. You'll climb 2000 feet in almost seven miles to the top of Mozark Mountain on old forest roads. There's a large field near the top, and on clear days in spring and fall (once your pulse drops below your eyeballs) you'll have some fine views. Of course, the ride back down is a brake-smoldering pleasure.
