You'll begin with a short, steep, technical descent as you head into the Big Run drainage. Along the stream are several open meadows dotted with beaver ponds. Be sure to carry over the small marshy areas. Farther down are long stretches of smooth single track and quite a few stream crossings. It's a steady uphill return to the start. Highlights: Beaver ponds, wildlife, remote, stream crossings, bogs.
