Falls were beautiful, area was very nice. Bike trail is good if you are walking. The guide mentions riding beside tracks. Good luck with that. We ended up pushing bikes with trailers the entire track section. Also guide has poor and incorrect directions to find old railroad grade, but we found it eventually by seeing a flat trail area through the trees near the road.
We hiked the trail to high falls and camped down river from High Falls for 3 days. The scenery was great and could rival any US National park. Must go back in spring trout stocking season!!! We experienced a dusting of snow on the last night but, did not mind; it only made the mountains even more wonderful!!! Worth the hike and be careful walking the rail road tracks. 2 or 3 tourist trains per day. The trains stop for about 45 minutes at High Falls so the passangers can get off the train and overlook the falls. Looks as though there are a couple good campsites at High Falls but we choose to camp away from where the tourists were.
