This incredible ride starts out as a real calf-burner. You'll probably cuss this book, your bike and yourself as you ride / scramble up the rocky trail for the first 2.5 miles. Once atop the ridge, the trail eases up a bit as you continue the climb up to Meadow Knob and some great views. The ride back down is fast, very steep and a lot of fun. Highlights: Boulder fields, cliff views, open bald with a 360 degree view, portages, very steep rideable downhill
