Don’t mistake this section of the Seneca Greenway Trail, managed by Montgomery County, for the state-managed portion to the south, which runs along the banks of the creek from past Black Rock Mill and on down to the Potomac. The latter is closed to bikes, while the county’s is multi-use. The Greenway Trail will take you along the Seneca Creek north of Route 355 toward Damascus through the rolling forests of the Great Seneca Creek StreamValley Park.
