A majority of this ride is fantastic. However as the trail approaches the falls it becomes a bit treacherous with traffic, narrow paths to ride, and a lot of people/cars. That said, the part near Niagara-on-the-lake was unexpectedly beautiful and wonderfully set up for riding.
The best time to travel is on the off season. The tourist who use the four wheeld vehciles are always lost and can never seem to know where they are going. Thus, as a cyclist...you'll probably get runned over. Stick to the trails and not the road.
great detail review of this trail ... the only issue is that it did not show the names of the trails that intersect with it ..
