Great Shutte - If you find yourself in Banff needing some DH this is an excellent option and a great shuttle - riding Norquay Road an option but it's better to shuttle. DH is awesome - small climb at start once you cross bridge then follow tight and flowy single track to Highway. One steep s bend that's tricky and you'll need to check your speed. Also look for one feature - nice little jump with great landing for some hang time - too much air and you'll find yourself up a tree.
For those that want a tight climb before the DH start at hiking trail up to summit - short steep single track adds some workout and extends your DH ride - watch for hikers as this is popular trail to summit with great view.
This trail sucks. I'ts a long eventless slog up the pavement to the parking lot of Norquay (it would be a nice ride on my road bike), then the trail is a long very rough and rocky twisty dusty trail with no views of anything other than what is two feet of your front tire. I enjoy being able to get up a bit of speed and not feeling like Popey at the end.
