Follow this out-and-back “trail” through some of the most unique scenery that New Mexico has to offer. The Bisti Badlands do not have designated trails. They are an adventurer’s dream! This 6-mile out-and-back hike gives a good sampling of what the area has to offer and should be considered as a starting point to however long you’d like to make your adventure in the area. Don’t expect to see too many other hikers.
