  • How do I stop my account from automatically renewing?

    To keep your subscription from automatically renewing, login, visit My Account, and select "Disable Auto-Renew." If this link is not available, then your account is not set up with auto-renew.

  • How can I update my credit card information?

    To update your credit card information, login, visit My Account, and select "Change Your Credit Card Information."

  • Can I get a refund on my premium membership?

    You may contact customer service within 30 days of signing up or renewing your premium membership for an account refund. Refunds beyond that period will be considered on a case by case basis.

  • When is my subscription renewed, or when does it expire?

    To find out when your subscription will renew or expire, simply login, then visit My Account. The expiration or renewal date will be displayed.

  • When I try to subscribe, it says "User already exists." How do I start a subscription?

    This error message means that you are already registered with Trails.com. To purchase a subscription, simply go to the order subscription page.
