“Looking for a great cycling trail in central Florida? This is it! Whether you bike the entire (nearly 50 mile) trail or tackle different parts on a few different stretches, you’re sure to love this great trail. The road is paved and well-maintained and flat (of course – it’s in central Florida!). The setting is rural and quiet, and the scenery is lovely- you’ll even pedal through the Withlacoochee State Forest for part of the stretch where you’ll get to see gorgeous cypress tree. You’ll forget that the hustle and bustle of Orlando is just about an hour away when you bike this trail. ”

“Great hike with spectacular views. Main trail is very flat and suitable for all. Upper trail provides more of a challenge but is easy/moderate hiking.”

“This is a great trail for riding your bike, hiking or walking. It's pretty easy and flat. The trail has some cool railroad tunnels to go through (bring a flashlight if you're scared of the dark!!) The trail is nice and shady and while it's not challenging it's a lovely gentle walk in the summer or fall.”
