Four lakes within the park allow for numerous activities, one of the most popular being sailing model boats. Lots of picnic tables allow for a quick stop or a well-organized mid-afternoon picnic. Anaheim Garden Walk

Located in neighboring Anaheim, the Anaheim Garden Walk is not a park or even a garden. Instead, it's a complex of shops, restaurants and numerous opportunities for active indoor pursuits. This is a great option for rainy or windy days, when you still want to have some activity but can't brave the outdoors. There's a 24 Hour Fitness gym, which offers cycling, dance, kickboxing and cardio and weight training equipment. Or you can head to the Bowling and Entertainment Center, offering 41 lanes, giant screens, lounge area and surprisingly healthy food. You can also pamper yourself at the Lux Aveda Salon/Spa or get your chills at the haunted attraction, The Empty Grave. If the weather is fair, step outside to enjoy the surroundings, carefully landscaped and inviting for a walk.
