You can take stand up paddling lessons through Rainbow Watersports and explore the waters of the North Shore of Oahu where the waters are calm enough for beginning paddlers. Stand up paddling lessons are offered from dawn to dusk Monday through Saturday and each session lasts two hours. Private one-on-one flat water lessons and group paddling lessons are available, and include instruction from experienced instructors, board rental and digital water photos.
