Where Can I Rent an RV in Indiana?

Where Can I Rent an RV in Indiana?
RVs are a great choice for camping when you wish to be outdoors but still want some of the facilities of home. RVs provide privacy and are a nice option for establishing a base of operations for a family, group or small expedition. You can more securely stow expensive gear, recharge phones and access the internet while still experiencing a close bond with nature.

RV renting is an excellent option for anyone who wants to enjoy the convenience of RV travel and accommodations without having to deal with the hassles of ownership, maintenance and storage.

Basden's American RV

Located in southern Indiana, Basden's offers not only Class A and C RV rentals, they have fold down rentals and travel trailers as well. All of Basden's rentals are designated smoke-free. Class A models are larger RVs, while Class C vehicles have a bed over cab construction with a van cab. A standard-width RV is better for more remote locations and smaller roads.

To rent at Basden's American RV, you must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license and major credit card. A three-day minimum rental is required.

Family RV Rentals

Class A and C RVs are available, as are test drives. Small appliances are standard in most of their RVs.

Limitations on use can be addressed with special requests. Smokers may rent one of the RVs specifically designated for smokers (penalties are harsh for smoke damage to other RVs). Animals are allowed in some models with an additional pet deposit.

A reservation is required and a reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card. A damage deposit is charged to your card the day of pickup. The rental fees must be paid in advance and a blank credit card ticket (an open charge authorization which might be used to cover fees or damage) is required. RV insurance is available through this location and they provide 24 hour roadside assistance.

RVs must be returned clean, gas and propane tanks full, holding tanks empty. Family RV may take up to 21 days to inspect the vehicle after its return before your deposit is refunded.

Family RV of central Indiana requires renters to be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver's license, credit card and full coverage auto insurance. They require 48 hours notice and require a three-day minimum rental.

Aaron RV

This central Indiana location offers a test drive option, rental cookware and linens. Each RV includes a TV and DVD player and CD player. There are some limitations on use--no pets, no travel into Mexico (Canada is an option, with approval) and a round trip is required to return the RV.

Renters must be 25 years of age and hold a valid driver's license and major credit card. A reservation down payment is placed on your credit card and security deposit and estimated rental charges are added to the card at pickup. Aaron's may take up to 15 business days to refund a damage deposit. Be aware that Aaron's collects an extra charge for Discover and American Express card usage. They do not accept ATM cards and checks must be presented a minimum of 14 days before pickup.
