Just north of Jacksonville and a short drive from the beach, Yulee, Florida, is a nice stopping spot on your vacation travels. Shopping and other entertainment are in the area including the boardwalk in Jacksonville along the river. Several campgrounds in the area provide both tent camping and RV camping for those who prefer to provide their own accommodations.

Bow and Arrow Campground in Yulee, Florida, is a small campground of about 5 acres that offers temporary and permanent campsites. Several of the sites are pull through for larger vehicles, and rates are on a weekly and monthly time frame. On-site amenities include a pool, arcade, camp store, laundry room and restrooms. Pets are allowed.

Fort Clinch State Park

An 1800s fort, Fort Clinch State Park has been a recreational area since 1935. The park provides many activities on-site, including fishing, biking, swimming, hiking and beach fun. Facilities are available for convenience such as showers, dumpsites and laundry room. Two campgrounds offer 61 camp sites for RVs or campsites and include fire pits, picnic tables and electrical hookups.

Pecan Park RV Resort

Pecan Park RV Resort is south of Yulee, just outside of Jacksonville, Florida. The park features 183 pull through sites so that large RVs have easy access. Sites include full hookups and Wi-Fi. The campground has a pool, meeting facilities, laundry, camp store and fishing pond. Grills are set up in a patio area for those that would like to cook out.
