RV Parks in Corona, California

RV Parks in Corona, California
Corona is a beautiful Southern California community located in Riverside County and just to the east of Los Angeles. The area's selection of RV parks is somewhat limited, but the three that are available cater to a variety of tastes, meaning everyone will be able to find a park best suited to their individual tastes.

Glen Eden Sun Club

Modesty is not a highly valued trait at Glen Eden, as this RV park is one of the most popular nudist camps in Southern California. One of the reasons the park is so well respected amongst nudists in the area is the positive, family-friendly atmosphere. If you're a little nervous about removing your clothes around strangers, then feel free to walk around in your every day ensembles, unless you enter the pool area--where clothes of any kind are a no-no. Other popular amenities include the tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, dance hall and gazebo area. There is a full recreational calendar at the club, which often involves live bands and pot lucks.
Full and partial hookups are offered and cable TV is included. A café is available for patron dining and propane is available for purchase. Be advised that cameras are not permitted in the pool area and cell phone service can be a bit spotty in this area. Daily passes must be acquired for use of the park, but for regular visitors, a yearly membership is advised. You will be required to fill out some paperwork and submit to a quick screening on your first visit, but this is only to ensure the safety of all guests.

Glen Ivy RV Park

Glen Ivy attracts many of the same patrons of Glen Eden, along with many people who aren't comfortable going without their clothes. Like its sister park, there is a full entertainment and recreation calendar which also involves banquets and music acts. Amenities include a swimming pool, volley ball court, horse shoe pits, and a playground.
Partial and full hookups are offered, all of which offer cable tv and some are within distance of the Wi-Fi hotspots in the park. A café and a shop that sells propane are available.

Upper San Juan Campground

If you prefer to make your own entertainment calendar, and enjoy peaceful wilderness over social clubs, then the Upper San Juan Campground, located in the Cleveland National Forest, may be the right park for you. Activities nearby include hiking, biking, and wildlife viewing.
Vault toilets are provided, but there are no hook ups, no dumpsites and no water facilities, so come prepared.
