Wears Valley, Tennessee Campgrounds
Wears Valley, Tennessee borders the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and has several campgrounds that are conveniently close to the area's recreational opportunities. Visitors can enjoy hiking in the Smoky Mountains, trout fishing in Walden's Creek and white water rafting on the Big Pigeon River.

Eagle's Nest Campground

Eagle's Nest Campground of Pigeon Forge is located just a few miles from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and offers 200 camp sites. Sites are available in full hook-up, water-electric hook-up and rustic with no hook-ups, and all contain a picnic table and fire ring. The campground has modern restrooms with private showers, a camp store and laundry area along with free wireless Internet. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool area with sitting area and playground for the children. There are several hiking trails available within a five mile drive in the national park.

Clabough Campground

Clabough Campground is located in Pigeon Forge and offer 310 spacious camp sites, including 70 pull-through sites. All sites at Clabough Campground are full hook-up and include a picnic table and fire ring. There are four modern restroom buildings with private showers, a laundry facility, grocery store and free wireless Internet. There is a restaurant on-site that serves American cuisines and is open for breakfast and lunch daily. Recreational amenities include two swimming pools with sunbathing decks, a playground and arcade room. There are walking trails throughout the campground for guests to enjoy as well as fishing in Walden's Creek, which runs along the western border of the camp.

Brookside RV Resort

Brookside RV Resort is located just outside of Pigeon Forge and offers 65 full hook-up RV sites. Sites all have concrete pads and patios along with cable TV and a small grass yard area. The resort is surrounded by forests ensuring privacy and quiet for its guests. Facility amenities include a modern restroom with private showers, picnic pavilion, playground and an outdoor pool with sundeck. There are hiking trails that are accessible from the park that run through the surrounding forest as well as fishing in Walden's Creek, which is adjacent to the camp.
