Bonham State Park is located in Fannin County in the northeastern part of Texas. The park spans more than 260 acres, including 65 acres of manmade lake. Swimming and fishing are permitted but are unsupervised, so be warned. There are a number of trails through the woodland areas, and there are prairies throughout the park. This park is great for picnicking, mountain biking and boating on the lake.

Alvin Lafon's RV Parks

Lafon's RV Parks are actually three different campgrounds under one flag. The spaces are 72 feet by 32 feet, which is large enough for most RVs and some tractor trailers. Free wireless Internet is provided in the main park. Laundry facilities are provided in the parks. Electric (30/50 amp) is provided.

Big Mineral Camp

Big Mineral Camp offers its guests more than 100 campsites. High speed Internet is available as well as fully furnished cabins for additional guests. A convenience store is on the grounds as well as a snack bar. For the kids, there is a playground with a lot of equipment. For seasonal campers there can be storage for unused RVs.

Hidden Acres RV Park

Hidden Acres RV Park is a relaxing retreat. The area around the park is rural and quiet. The park is pet friendly. Wireless and wired Internet are available. Full hookups are available, including 50-amp electric. There are laundry facilities as well as sewer hookups. Near the park is wind surfing, swimming and fishing in the lake.

Newberry Creek Resort & Marina

Newberry Creek is right on Lake Texoma, and the marina offers a launch ramp for boaters. RV sites with water view have electric and water hookups. Sites on the hill have electric, water and sewer hook ups.

Gone Fishing RV Park

Gone Fishing RV sites are 32 feet wide. The pull-through sites are up to 70 feet long, enough to accommodate a tractor trailer for a night. Wireless Internet and 35/50 amp electric are provided with full hookups. For the business conscious, there are fax services provided at the office. Laundry facilities are also in the park.
