Located 25 miles north of Tampa, the park has full hookups for water, sewer and 50 amps. It also provides laundry facilities, cable television, Internet and allows pets under 40 pounds. The sites have concrete pads and the paths are well lit for walking at night. There are recreational opportunities in the park and it is close to golf courses, shopping, sports facilities and Busch Gardens theme park. The park also has billiards, shuffleboard, dancing and horseshoes.

The community is 22 miles north of Tampa and has 382 spaces with access to a heated Olympic pool, two recreation halls, video and DVD library, billiards, horseshoes, and recreational community gatherings and outings. It has hookups for sewer, water, cable television, Internet, phone and 50 amps.

Located 25 minutes north of Tampa, this is an active park with 258 sites. It is located near parks, shopping, medical facilities and restaurants. The park has a heated swimming pool, horseshoes, shuffleboard, tennis courts, fitness center, library, computer center, craft center and community clubhouse. Residents have regular meetings for pancake breakfasts and potluck dinners. It has full hookups for Internet, cable television, water, sewer and 50 amps.
