Navarre Beach, in the northern panhandle area of Florida, is a quiet, peaceful area with Navarre Beach State Park nearby. It is a beautiful area that will remain largely undeveloped. The cottage "At Ease" is located at Navarre Beach on Santa Rosa Island. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom, and also a convertible sofa/bed for additional sleeping area, and sleeps four to six. It's a short walk to either the sound beach or ocean beach, and the house also has great views of the marina and sailboats from either of two decks. The cottage is only 2 miles from the Gulf Islands National Seashore, and there are biking and walking trails nearby. The private beach on the Sound side of the cottage is shallow and warm. Rates for 2010 range from $600 to $1,000 per week, depending on season.

The Windjammer cottage on Navarre Beach is a cozy and older waterfront home on the Sound. With a loft for lots of sleeping room, it can sleep up to nine people comfortably. The house has a dual-tiered deck on the Sound side for amazing views and catching the sunset. It also has a private boat dock for fishing and swimming with an attached swimming ladder. Bring your fishing rods and tackle box and a boat for lots of water-filled fun. Inside, the cottage is fully-equipped, with a complete kitchen setup, TV and VCR with cable and DVD player.
