Georgia Aquarium

Located right in the heart of downtown Atlanta, the Georgia Aquarium is home to more than 100,000 animals of 500 species. Founded by Bernard Marcus, the Georgia Aquarium encourages both education and economic development. The aquarium has a variety of whales, sharks and manta rays. It also features several exhibits that display the animals in five different galleries. It also features the Ocean Ballroom, which can accommodate as many as 1,600 people at a wedding reception. The Georgia Aquarium is open 365 days a year.

World of Coca Cola

The World of Coca Cola offers tourists and visitors the opportunity to get a closer look at one of the world's most popular drinks. Located on a 20-acre complex, it offers the largest collection of Coke products and features a pop-culture gallery for visitors. Located in downtown Atlanta, the World of Coca Cola is open Mondays through Fridays. Visitors also get the opportunity to taste and enjoy Coke products free of charge.

Zoo Atlanta

Zoo Atlanta is a wildlife park on 40 acres in Atlanta's Grant Park area. With more than 1 million visitors each year, Zoo Atlanta is home to more than 1,000 animals and 200 species. Founded in 1889, Zoo Atlanta is famous its gorilla, Willie B, who was named after a former mayor of Atlanta, William B. Hartsfield. Zoo Atlanta features several exhibits and is a member of the Species Survival Program, which helps rescue endangered animals. Zoo Atlanta is open 363 days per year.

Fox Theatre

Built in the 1920s, the Fox Theatre is a grand palace located on Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta.The Fox Theatre hosts a variety of events, such as concerts, plays and wedding receptions. Centennial Olympic Park

Centennial Olympic Park is a 21-acre park that features various outdoor activies for families. Centennial Olympic park served as the home of the 1996 Olympics. Throughout the year, it hosts activities such as an ice skating rink in the winter and a fountain of rings, which is a water show that plays four times a day. The park also features a fourth Saturday family day that includes interactive and educational activies for children. Centennial Olympic Park is a great place for outdoor enthusiasts.
