RV Parks in Santa Cruz, California

RV Parks in Santa Cruz, California
Santa Cruz, California, is a beach-front paradise. With a major university--the University of California Santa Cruz (home of the Banana Slugs)--and the famous pier and boardwalk, Santa Cruz is a laid-back and slow-paced vacation destination. RV camping in the area is accessible and plentiful.

Santa Cruz Harbor

This small RV park is part of the city's harbor and run much like a city park. Pets are allowed on leashes. No fires or outside burning are allowed unless done in the harbor's BBQ areas. RVs must be self contained, including gray water systems. There are showers available, and full hookups including television. A maximum length of 42 feet is allowed, and there is always a RV park host available to assist with questions and needs. This park allows guests to be in the heart of the city and waterfront, watching sea lions frolic and gulls circle the day's catch. Reservations are strongly suggested.

Santa Vida RV Park

In business for over 40 years, the Santa Vida RV park is further inland (about 10 minutes to the water) yet provides a splendid location for RV visitors, located in a quiet, wooded area accentuated by palm trees. Full hookups as well as propane and dumping station, showers, laundry, game room, pool, and pet areas complement the park's offerings. Guests can enjoy the location near the city center and the shopping and dining districts of Santa Cruz.

Santa Cruz Ranch RV Park

Enjoying the mild, coastal climate of the coast, the Santa Cruz Ranch RV Park offers a serene and beautiful place to camp. The full range of amenities with each site includes full hookups, Wi-Fi and cable television, laundry room and showers, private bathrooms and pet friendly areas. RVs up to 45 feet long with slide-outs can be accommodated, and water is available at each site. Santa Cruz Ranch does not allow open fires or fireworks because of the area's dry, semi-arid climate. The location has a proud history in the Scotts Valley, going back to the settling of the region around 1853 from a Spanish Land Grant.
