Hillsboro is the county seat of Hill County in central Texas. It is located about 50 miles from Fort Worth, 55 miles from Dallas and about 30 miles away from Waco. Incorporated in 1881, Hillsboro has a small-town feel with historic appeal, making it a popular tourist destination. Hillsboro can be found right off of Interstate 35.
 

NTAC Airstream Park

Lake Whitney Marina @ Juniper Cove is a Texas Marina of the Year winner. It is a Certified Clean Texas Marina and Boat U.S. Cooperating Marina. The 100-site RV area is shaded from the hot Texas sun for comfort. If you bring a boat they will allow you to fish indoors, and you can embark on your boat for no charge.

Many local attractions dot the area around Waco North KOA Campground. There are bike trails, horseshoe pits, free Wi-Fi and a catch-and-release fishing pond.
