The Sunshine State has 1,200 miles of sandy beaches facing the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, and with its balmy weather--an average of 82 degrees in the summer and 61 degrees in the winter--Florida is a place you can visit year-round. Staying in a beachside cottage is one way to experience Florida.
