British Columbia Salmon Fishing Trips

British Columbia Salmon Fishing Trips
Famous for its rugged, natural beauty, British Columbia is Canada's westernmost province. Along with the natural beauty and remote location are miles of lakes, streams, rivers, ocean--a hallowed destination for world-class fishing. Abundant species in the area are salmon, halibut and trout. There are a variety of salmon fishing trips in the area.

Legacy Lodge

Legacy Lodge is located in a remote fjord-like area of British Columbia called Rivers Inlet, but access is easier than you might think. A one-hour commercial flight from Vancouver and 35 minute jaunt by seaplane takes you to their front door. More 50- to 60-pound Chinook and Coho are caught in these waters than anywhere else in the world. During certain times of the year, take a helicopter ride into more remote areas. Fishing packages include private accommodations, full use of boats and equipment, processing and packing of your catch as well as fully-guided tours.
