Cabins at Brown County State Park
Boasting nearly 16,000 acres, Brown County State Park is the largest state park in Indiana. Hikers will enjoy more than 12 miles of foot trails. Equestrians can benefit from 70 miles of bridle trails. Others can take in the glorious rolling hills while camping, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing. Consider renting one of many cabins available so you can stay awhile and enjoy all that Brown County State Park has to offer.

McGinley Vacation Cabins

With perhaps the largest range of cabins at Brown County State Park, McGinley Vacation Cabins offers lodging to fit any need. For instance, the Robyn's Nest is a romantic, cozy little cabin for two with a secluded hot tub on the back deck. The Elm Lodge or Ginley's Gulch, on the other hand, each sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. All cabins have kitchens and indoor plumbing, and most offer extra amenities such as a fireplace, barbecue grill or hot tub.

While you can rent one of these cabins for just a night or two, guests who stay seven nights or longer receive one complimentary night's stay. McGinley Vacation Cabins provides firewood for guests Labor Day through April. Pets are not allowed.

It's conveniently located near the park's west entrance, across the street from the Abbey Inn. The master bedroom features a gorgeous, king-size four-poster bed made of cherry. A cozy living room awaits with satellite television and both VCR and DVD players. If you need to relax those sore muscles after a day of hiking or riding, this cabin also offers both a sauna and hot tub.
