There is a lot to explore on Oregon's northern coast: unspoiled beaches, breathtaking views, extensive hiking trails and lots of history. Seaside, the official end of the Lewis and Clark Trail, is at the "turnaround" at the end of Broadway Street where a bronze statue of the explorers stands. You can follow in their footsteps by making the 2.5 mile walk down the Promenade.
