Canada's Great Divide Trail is an unofficial route that winds its way up through the mountain national parks and wilderness areas from the US border at Waterton Lakes to Kakwa Lake north of Mount Robson. The route is divided into six major sections, each containing manageable segments of trail. In addition to describing the terrain and condition of each segment, the author provides info about accommodations, resupply stations and transportation options.
