Saint Andrews Point Professional Review and Guide
"Paddle east into Cardigan Bay with the coast on your right. Proceed to St. Andrews Point, where you are parallel to the provincial park. It is here that you will begin to spot harbor seals. The seal-watching tour boats that leave from Montague Harbor come to this location, cut their engines, and float in hopes of spotting seals. Try to time your excursion with the outgoing or low tide. Otherwise the seals will be too busy fishing to be easily observed."
