The Massasauga Professional Review and Guide
"The Massasauga, a recently created provincial park, is a mix of inland lakes and bayside islands that offers easy access and convenient camping for paddlers who want a shorter trip or a sheltered paddle away from the open lake. Because most of the park islands are so sheltered, this trip makes a good late season trip (provided you are prepared for cold weather and water). Paddling in the off season will help you avoid some of the heavy boat traffic in certain areas of the park. The scenery is very pleasant with rock islands and mixed forest and less of the extremely weathered rock seen in the more exposed areas of Georgian Bay."
