Marble Mountain Summit Trail Professional Review and Guide
"The ride is located just 5 minutes east of Corner Brook, off the Trans-Canada Highway. The 5-mile combination winds up the eastern edge of Marble Mountain and returns riders down its front face on a 4.2-mile loop, before reconnecting with the .6-mile spur to the trailhead. Both the climb and the descent offer a challenge to recreational and competitive riders alike, and the steady climb on loose dirt favors fit riders with good climbing skills. The descent offers the choice of a technical downhill for truly hard-core riders, or an intermediate cruise on a wide, open road that will satisfy and rider's need for speed. While the descent is the part of the ride most riders will always remember, there are also fabulous views of the Humber River Valley ad Humber Arm from the summit."
