The key features of this trail are the fine views across the bay to Wood Island. At the end of the trail is Red Point next to the shore, the only place on Grand Manan where the geological connection (fault) of the grey volcanic rock and the much older red sedimentary rock can be seen. Trail Condition: dry, long boardwalk sections .
