Sheer cliffs, impressive views across Grand Manan Channel, and high tides are the major attractions of this trail. Picnic sites are located at scenic lookouts along the way. For the first few hundred meters/yards, the trail is a grassy, tree-lined wagon road. As the trail approaches the tip of a peninsula, its narrows considerably and swings to the right with a long pebble beach below. The trail continues on many boardwalk sections along the cliffs and through softwoods high above the Grand Manan Channel. Trail Condition: some wet spots, rooty.
