Great Pond Trail Professional Review and Guide
"You can see typical bog vegetation, including bog laurel, pitcher plants, blue flag iris, and cotton grass. Swimming in Great Pond and picnicking at the pond are favourite pastimes. There are about four parking spaces right next to the trailhead. The well-defined trail leads through a bog at the banks of Great Pond. There are no trail markings, but the trail is obvious. Trail Condition: dry, wet spots after heavy rain."
