The trail is located in Fredericton, on the north shore of the Saint John River. Archer's Alley is the work-in-progress of an avid rider who operates according to the principal that if you want to ride, you've got to build the trails. The result is a backyard ride that resembles something close to a mountain bike park. Archer's Alley is comprised of an extensive network of trails that run between Claudie Road and the west bank of the Nashwaaksis Stream. From a foundation of woods roads and snowmobile trails, an ever-growing series of immaculate singletrack trails have been cut that allow riders to stretch their legs and test their skills. The trail system, which is maintained, developed, and expanded ever year, boasts a striking contrast between all the features of urban riding (mixed terrain, highway crossings, power lines, detours around contentious areas) and some of the best singletrack in New Brunswick. This is a tough ride to follow, with many options; find a local rider to escort you!
