The major feature of this trail is the Upper Salmon River with its steep valley walls, cascading waterfalls, and salmon pools at Black Hole. There are impressive lookouts across Broad River, with its rounded boulders and salmon pools. Fall colours are spectacular on this trail. Trail Condition: dry, river fords with cables, some boulder scrambling.
