This trail is located south of Whistler. This pleasant trail brings you along the gravel of Eastside Main Road and finishes with a soft, carpeted ride toward one of the most picturesque spots in the area. As you bounce your way along the Eastside Main Road, take the time to read the interpretive signs of the Whistler Interpretive Forest. These signs and several of the short loop options are designed to teach visitors about the forest industry in British Columbia. They are extremely well done and offer options for extending this ride. as you ride the Cheakamus Lake Trail, you enter a dark hemlock and western red cedar forest. Feel the magic of these giants of the west coast and take the time to admire their immensity.
