Spanish Banks

Spanish Banks Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Point Grey’s parks are most popular for the more than 3.0 kilometers (1.9 miles) of public beaches from Jericho to Spanish Banks.

Beach-going throngs overtake the area in summer (when it’s best to retreat under the secluded canopies of adjacent
Pacific Spirit Park—see hikes 4 and 5), yet the well-drained, sand-and-gravel path is a surprisingly good option come heavy rains in November through March. In any season, the spectacular, wide vantage looks out to the North Shore Mountains and Downtown Vancouver."
