Everyone knows that Simon Fraser University is situated on top of Burnaby Mountain; not so many are aware, perhaps, that the mountain is also the site of Burnaby’s Centennial Park, which lies about 800 m to the west of its illustrious neighbour. It is in the park that this walk has beginning and end, the two separated by a circuit of about 8 km (5 mi).
