This stretch of coast on the east side of Boundary Bay gives you the possibility of several walks, both north and south, focusing on Blackie Spit in one direction and the beach itself, towards and perhaps round Kwomais Point, in the other, with White Rock as a conceivable objective if you are ambitious.

This is a local trail I do regularly, Start at Crescent Beach Village and after parking walk to the sea front and walk in a clockwise direction. On this late afternoon walk I took my camera and took pictures overlooking Mud bay east toward the Golden ears Mountains. The trail was quiet, at this time of day. This walk is good for viewing, ducks, shorebirds, and song birds along the route.
