Choose a fine, dry day for this challenging hike along a ridge overlooking Howe Sound. As with most hikes beginning from the Squamish Highway, the first half-hour’s climbing is unremitting. Once you are onto the ridge, however, further elevation gain is spaced out as you progress from bluff to bluff, enjoying varied views across the sound.
