Strenuous hike over three passes with steep climbs and descents. Leaving behind the frightful views of Line Creek Mine, you climb to the headwaters of Dutch Creek and follow a spectacular trail over a huge shoulder of Tornado Mountain. The original Great Divide Trail starts at North Fork Pass and continues north for the next 92.7 km. Though much of the route is hiking trail, there is still a mix of ATV trails and dirt roads.
