It’s not often on the Sechelt Peninsula that you find a trail that doesn’t owe its existence to an old logging or skid road, but in the Triangle Lake Trail we have such a one, a foot trail built in 1995 into the ecologically interesting and sensitive peat bog area around the lake. If you wish to make a circular outing, however, your return takes the customary route along an old road.
